OPSM Returns Policy

If your contact lens prescription changes and you still have unopened packets of lenses, OPSM Direct may be able to exchange these for lenses matching your new prescription. The returned lenses must have been supplied by OPSM and not have lapsed past the product expiry date. Please contact us before returning any product.

CONTACT LENSES

OPSM Direct will replace a lens which is defective or torn on opening due to the fault of the manufacture.
Please ensure that the faulty lens is kept in solution, DO NOT DISPOSE THE LENS. The contact lens must be returned to OPSM Direct in order for a replacement lens to be received.

The contact lens must be returned within 12 months to OPSM Direct in order for a replacement lens to be received.
Please contact OPSM Direct as soon as this occurs and we will advise you of the correct returns procedure.
